Inspired by a dream and the allure of a solar eclipse "The Room" by Infused is reminiscent of the timeless essence of Pink Floyd. It was written by Rod Skelley and recorded at Infused Studio Space. Premiering just in time for the celestial event of the year, this song offers a soundtrack to one of nature's most awe-inspiring displays. An ideal backdrop for eclipse viewing parties, this track encapsulates the moment when day turns to night, forging a bond between the cosmos and the listener.
The allure of classic rock endures—"The Room" distills this timeless appeal into a single, spellbinding track. It's an anthem for those gazing upward, seeking the music of the spheres in a world teetering between reality and fantasy, illuminated by the ethereal glow of the eclipse. This song is meant to be shared beneath the shadow of the moon.
An American Dream by Infused released as a single. Â Featuring Shawn Huss and Adrianna on vocals, Dave Carles on bass and Rod Skelley on guitar and drums. Â Composed by Rod Skelley. Â Lyric video created at Bonnie Skelley's Infused Studio Space.
A song about living in America with the beauty of its nature, the ugliness of its concrete, the success of its wealth and the elusive dreams of those of us who didn't quite make it to the top. Â
Not a typical Infused sound with definite influences of Green Day and Blink182, the song was actually written in the early 90s and the influence of these bands on the sound of the song came later.
Lyrics:
Chorus:
If you could fly, would you, would you? Fly up so high, would you, would you?
What would you do if you were really free? What would be your deepest fantasy?
Where’s your freedom? Where’s your new day? Nothing is what it seems An American Dream
If you could be a star, would you, would you? Shooting away so far, would you, would you?
What would you do with cosmic energy? Shining bright from sea to shining sea?
Where’s your freedom? Where’s your new day? Nothing is what it seems An American Dream
If you could climb to the top of it all, would you, would you? Climb higher before you fall, would you, would you?
Keep climbing higher and tell me what you see Just keep on looking for your American Dream
Where’s your freedom? Where’s your new day? Nothing is what it seems An American Dream
"They’ve tried so hard for you, to be just like you."

"The ultimate of questions awaits our expanding mind."
I Know is a song about trying to find the answers and the truth and realizing that answers and the truth are ephemeral and evasive.
I Know originally appeared on the album Believe as an acoustic version and was rereleased as a single as a hard rock alternative version.
I Know (Alternative Version) features Adrianna on lead vocals, Shawn Huss on backups and acoustic, Dave Carles on Bass and Rod Skelley electric guitar and drum tracks. Â The lyrics and music were composed by Rod Skelley and the video was created at the Infused Studio Space.
Lyrics:
I Know  People try to tell me, that they've seen the light. Truth has been revealed to them, what’s wrong and what’s right. Now I'm not saying that there's no answers, I know there must be. All I'm really saying is that it’s not clearly seen. Black and white shade easily into gray. Things are what they are no matter what you say.
I know, that all I know is I don't really know, I see that all I see is I can't really see, I feel that I feel that there's nothing to really feel, No truth, no truth, nothing is what it seems, nothing is what it seems.
Looking within, to what we hope and feel. We must find our way personally. One can't define what's real. Introspection, a viable option, but its limited to what we can sense and imagine, let your mind explore. Open the closed door.
I know, that all I know is I don't really know, I see that all I see is I can't really see, I feel that I feel that there's nothing to really feel, No truth, no truth, nothing is what it seems, nothing is what it seems.
I feel there is hope in the mysterious unknown, hidden truths hidden feelings, the discovery of love. The ultimate of questions awaits our expanding minds. At the end of our long journey creation we may find.
I know, that all I know is I don't really know, I see that all I see is I can't really see, I feel that I feel that there's nothing to really feel, No truth, no truth, nothing is what it seems, nothing is what it seems.

Impermanence - Created by Rod Skelley on the album, Attachments
Someday the sun will not shine. Today I will age. Someday the moon will not be in the sky. Run as I might someday I will crawl. Parts wear out and time steals youth. Change comes to everything under the sun. Dust to dust die we must.
Impermanence was inspired by the Deanna Lind poem, Runner.
An energetic song about confusion and love. Features Shawn Huss on vocals, Dave Carles on bass and Rod Skelley on guitar and drums. Music and lyrics were composed by Rod Skelley.
1. Down into the wormhole I goÂ
Falling farther than I’ll ever knowÂ
The sunlight blinds me with your memoryÂ
And the feelings come flooding back to …….and I remember the coldÂ
Chorus: Obscuring light through the clouds….You Say the stars grow dimmer each day….Â
And yet I hope in love and a new day…...When I come home and you will stay…..you will stay…..will stayÂ
2. Spiraling into the vortex I fallÂ
The gravity devours my soulÂ
Bridge: The barren hollowness, opens up and swallows meÂ
And the reality of certainty says you have goneÂ
Chorus: Obscuring light through the clouds….You Say the stars grow dimmer each day…. Â
And yet I hope in love and a new day…...When I come home and you will stay…..you will stay…..will stayÂ

StillnessÂ
The quiet mind listens. Emptiness fills with the hidden knowledge that comes from the nothingness within. Surround yourself with stillness and quietude to find answers.Â
Stillness was inspired by the Deanna Lind poem, Dead Midnight.  Â
Not SelfÂ
I am not who I was. I will not be who I am. You are apart of me. I am a part of you. I am one with all. You are one with me. You are one with all. We are one, not self.Â
Not Self was inspired by the Deanna Lind poem, Lunatic.Â
ImpermanenceÂ
Someday the sun will not shine. Today I will age. Someday the moon will not be in the sky. Run as I might someday I will crawl. Parts wear out and time steals youth. Change comes to everything under the sun. Dust to dust die we must.Â
Impermanence was inspired by the Deanna Lind poem, Runner.Â
SufferingÂ
Disappointment and regrets from desires unfulfilled. The misery we bring to others. The loathing of self. The hopes and dreams fade as our time runs short. Illness brings debilitation and our desires do not sustain.Â
Suffering was inspired by the Deanna Lind poem, Stations.Â
DesiresÂ
I want….I need…..Give me…..More…..More…..for me…..me……consume…. not for you…..Â
Desires was inspired by the Deanna Lind poem, Impaled Fairy Tale.Â
Desires (Empty and Quiet)Â
My desires consume me. I need you to have what you need. My desires empty into compassion.Â
Desires was inspired by the Deanna Lind poem, Impaled Fairy Tale.Â
Suffering (Empty)Â
I sacrifice myself for you so that you may not suffer. And so you may suffer so others might not suffer.Â
Suffering was inspired by the Deanna Lind poem, Stations.Â
Impermanence (Empty)Â
With change comes hope that I may find my way to enlightenment and salvation through compassion and devotion.Â
Impermanence was inspired by the Deanna Lind poem, Runner.Â
Not Self (Empty)Â
I can be different then who I was. I can be different than who I am.  You can be different then who you were. You can be different then who you are. I am not alone. You are not alone. We are all together. Everything is one.Â
Not Self was inspired by the Deanna Lind poem, Lunatic.Â
Stillness (Empty and Quiet)Â
Close your eyes and think of nothing. Let the emptiness fill you. Clear your thoughts in the stillness of now.  Â
Stillness was inspired by the Deanna Lind poem, Dead Midnight. Â
When is a powerful ballad about the strength and inspiration of love.
It is track 2 on the 2022 Infused album, Divine Sunset. Words and music by Rod Skelley. Features Shawn Huss on vocals, Dave Carles on bass and Rod Skelley on guitar, keyboard and drums. Video created by Bonnie Skelley.
The words are about new love and the excitement and worry that come with it. The base of the song is an arpeggiated acoustic guitar with a simple four chord progression. The piano and electric guitar start with an opening theme and then continue to color the expressive layered vocal parts. The bass and drums add a dance-like rhythm in 6/8 time.
Lyrics
When
When I’m alone, I feel uptight. When I’m with you, I feel all right.
When I’m afraid, I start to cry. When I think of you, I rise so high.
When the daylight fades to gray.Â
When tomorrow is another day.Â
When time just slips away.Â
When there’s nothing more to say.
When I breakdown, I lose all hope. When you enter my mind, I begin to cope.
When I fall apart and things come to an end. When you give me hope to start over again.
Adrianna makes her debut recording as the newest member of Infused on the single "Please Don't Abandon Me (Acoustic)", an emotional ballad about insecurity and hope. Â
Please Don’t Abandon meÂ
I see your shadow fall as you walk through the doorwayÂ
The sound of your footsteps echo into the empty spaces in between….in betweenÂ
Chorus: Please don’t abandon meÂ
Please don’t push me awayÂ
Please don’t abandon meÂ
Please don’t let me fall down in this holeÂ
I feel you lay beside me as the years slip to grayÂ
How long can we continue our fantasy? as our time starts to fade….oh starts to fade awayÂ
Chorus: Please don’t abandon meÂ
Please don’t push me awayÂ
Please don’t abandon meÂ
Please don’t let me fall down in this hole SoloÂ
